6. Travel Medical & Health
Plan ahead to avoid any health problems during or after your trip. 7. Complaints
Although the contract for the services and goods is between you and the operator, we would like to advise you to follow these guidelines whenever you are dissatisfied with any part of the package, service or goods:

A. Express your dissatisfaction early on and in a constructive and polite manner. Delays only will further complicate the matter and lead to misunderstandings.
B. Demand to speak to the Management. Complaining to non-management personal will rarely solve your concerns or issues right away.
C. Keep a record of all your actions for eventual later proceedings
After the trip
A. Put your concerns, issues and demands in writing not later than 21 days after returning from your trip and email it directly to the attention of the dive operators' Management. Please also CC (carbon copy) us the same email to sales@scubadealsonline.com so we can directly follow-up with the operator.
SCUBADEALSONLINE.COM - LIABILITY RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
All dive operators require you to sign liability release forms and waivers depending on the activities. It is your responsibility that you are suitably qualified for these activities where needed and to provide proof of such qualification upon request. It is also your responsibility to make sure these activities are suitable to your health and medical conditions. If in doubt, restrain from these activities.
Further Scubadealsonline.com can not be held liable for and will not be responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or wrongful death that may occur during activities, as a result of the inherent risks associated with scuba diving or as a result of acts or omissions of other third parties.
